New Power Platform licences stop including AI Builder credits

From November 1, 2026, new and renewed Power Platform and Dynamics 365 licences no longer include AI Builder credits, and AI Builder capacity add-ons reach end of life. Licences bought or renewed before then keep their credits until the contract term ends. After that, AI Builder in Power Apps and Power Automate uses Copilot Credits, and is blocked if there are none.
