Power BI visuals: free to use, ours to own

The terms for LowCodeStacks's free Power BI visuals: use them in any report, personal or work. Don't sell or share the file. No warranty. We keep all rights.

These terms cover the Power BI visuals LowCodeStacks offers on this site, such as Pulse Gantt and Pulse KPI, and every version of them. "We" and "us" means LowCodeStacks. "The visual" means a visual's .pbiviz file and the code inside it.

What you can do, free

  • Use the visual in as many Power BI reports as you like, personal or work, for any organisation of any size.
  • Share and publish reports that use it: in the Power BI service, as .pbix files, in apps and dashboards, inside your organisation or with your clients. Those reports carry the visual inside them, and that's fine.
  • Build reports with it for clients as part of your paid work.
  • If you're a Power BI administrator, add the visual to your organisation's organizational visuals so your colleagues can use it.

What you can't do

  • Sell the visual, or charge for it, alone or in a bundle.
  • Share the .pbiviz file itself: don't post it on another website, file share, marketplace or repository, or send it to people outside your organisation. Point them to its page here instead, so they get the current version and these terms.
  • Change the visual and share the changed copy, or remove "by LowCodeStacks" from its name.
  • Say or imply that we endorse your report, product or service.

We keep all rights

The visual is free to use, but we don't give it away: LowCodeStacks keeps all rights in it, including copyright. These terms give you permission to use it as described above, nothing more. Power BI is a trademark of Microsoft; the visuals aren't made, endorsed or certified by Microsoft.

No warranty

The visual is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. Check that it shows your data correctly before you rely on it. Our Terms of use limit our liability, and they apply to the visual too.

Changes and updates

We may release new versions and update these terms. The terms shown when you download a version apply to that version. We'll show the date of any change at the top of this page.
