Pipelines now block deployments to unmanaged target environments
Since October 2026, the admin center's Deployment page flags pipelines that deploy to an environment that isn't a managed environment. Admins have 30 days to enable Managed Environments on that target, plus one 30-day extension; after that, new deployments to it are blocked. Solutions already deployed keep working. Deployment, Settings can convert targets automatically.
